‘Tis the season... Again!
2021 was quite the year, and the release of the Tatuaje Advent Calendar was an excellent bookend to it! For 2022, Pete Johnson wanted to create the same holiday magic, and thus the new 2022 Tatuaje Advent Calendar was born! This time around, the cigars are kept a secret, but we know that only seven of the regular line cigars are repeated from last year. The five monsters, two holiday cigars, and the Halloween cigar included will all be different from the 2021 calendar. The first calendar was an amazing assortment of Tatuaje’s best, and the 2022 calendar certainly will not disappoint! Limited to just 5,000 total, you’ll want to get it while you can, because once it’s gone, it’s gone for good!

Like the rest of the StillWell Star cigars, it’s a 6 x 52 toro.
Unlike the first five StillWell Star cigars—all of which have used an Ecuadorian habano wrapper over a Mexican San Andrés negro binder—this release uses an Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed wrapper. The other difference lies in the filler, a mixture of Cavendish burley, Golden Virginia and Red Virginia from Cornell & Diehl.
Black Label Trading Company releases The Black Album: A Limited-Edition Anthology of cigars, to select retailers. The Black Album cigars are hand crafted at Fabrica Oveja Negra in Esteli, Nicaragua.
“With 2023 being our 10-year anniversary, we really wanted to close it out with a bang. I’ve had this idea of a “greatest hits” release for a while and I think this is the perfect occasion to release it. The Black Album is a curated selection of limited releases spanning from 2013 to the present. Each cigar represents a defining moment in our brand’s history and helped build our brand into what it is today. I’m very excited for them to be available all together for the first time,” said James Brown, creator of Black Label Trading Co. and partner at Fabrica Oveja Negra.
